JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB REQUIREMENTS
M&E Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise building construction M&E services for the main contractor
including liaising with clients and consultants
- Check and inspect quality of M&E works to ensure compliance with requirements
- Assist the Site Manager in resolving M&E issues
- Conduct and lead M&E coordination meetings between the main contractor and
subcontractor
- Ensure to maintain and follow company’s QHSE policy and procedures
- Regularly report to the Project Manager on the progress of the building works and the
problem areas encountered
- Other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional
Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 or 4 years of solid experience in the building construction industry.
- Must have experience in handling high-rise buildings.
- Able to interact with multi-levels of management personnel within the organization and third
parties such as clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Responsible, disciplined, hardworking and a team player.
- Job location will based in the Kuala Lumpur Site
