Main Responsibilities
· Provide essential administrative support to the Personal Assistant of the Executive Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing correspondence.
· Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents related to foreign permits, insurance, and other administrative requirements.
· Help coordinate the application and renewal processes for foreign permits and insurance, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations.
· Provide support for various projects as assigned by the Personal Assistant, conducting research and compiling relevant information.
· Maintain organized and accurate records of administrative documents, contracts, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
Job Requirement & Qualifications
· Candidate must possess at least Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred in any field.
· 1-2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or support role; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with document management systems
Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
