- Prepare cash sale, invoice to walk in customers. Handle daily Cash Collection from Cash Sales. ( cash , credit card payment )
- To process sales orders from existing customers & from salesman.
- Prepare and maintain a proper documentation of petty cash record and transactions.
- Maintain a systematic filing system and administration records . Basic paper work – Invoicing, data entry/data record, filing and etc
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Handling customer incoming phone calls.
- Follow up customer overdue payment.
- Arrangement of goods delivery with driver / courier company / transportation company .
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
Requirements:-
-Computer literate ( Strong in Excel , Word , Data Entry)
-Working Hours - Monday 8am -5pm , Saturday 8am - 1pm
-Preferably with invoicing experiences.
-Hardworking and with good attitude
-Candidates must have minimum Higher Secondary
-Preferably with 1 year working experience in admin/clerk roles
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
