* Experience in the manufacturing and construction industry.
*Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase products from suppliers.
*Working closely with superior in the selection of supplier and products.
*Maintain records of purchase, pricing and other routine paperwork.
*Able to deal with the government and non-government online applications
*Arrange on the issue of a purchase order until the update and monitor the goods delivery status up.
*Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate person.
*Data entry, checking supplier and sub-contractor invoices.
*Assist in other general administrative work.
* Prepare delivery order for the outgoing material.
*File, organise and maintain all documents in a proper manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
