Position: Regional Market Specialist - Telecom & Datacentres Company Industry: Cable Management Solution Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm) Working Location: Fully Remote Working Duration: 12 Months Contract with PERSOLKELLY (extension based on performance) Remuneration: Salary RM7,000 to RM12,000 (Based on experience & qualification) statutory contribution & leave entitlement. **Immediate joiner preferred WHO CAN APPLY: • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering/business administration. • An experienced professional from within the Fibre/Telecoms/Datacenter industry with a proven track record in consultative sales. • 5+ years of professional industry experience in an external sales role within a B2B company, operating in the telecoms industry • Understanding and experience of both direct and indirect sales channels • Ability to manage complex tasks • Excellent organisational skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • IT competent • Self-motivated, driven & disciplined ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1) Account management • Work closely with internal/external sales and product management • Developing and owning all new opportunities within the region 2) New business • Generating new sales of within an assigned region • Develop relationships with key players in the identified target sectors, raising their awareness of company Broadband & Datacentre solutions. • Complete tender responses to a high professional standard to maximise chance of success. • Collaborate where necessary to complete tenders whilst maintaining overall management and responsibility. • Provide marketing input for new product development activities as necessary and create demand for new products from the specifier base with a particular focus on tying in, for the long term, clients with unique solutions. • Provide support to other areas of the business as necessary.
