Project Manager (PMC Role)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Construction field.
• Must be PMP Certified
• Bachelor Degreee in Electrical

You are required to perform the work based as a scope of service. Details as below:

• Collaborating with engineers, architects to determine the specification of the project
• Negotiation contract with sub-contractor and suppliers to reach profitable agreements
• Submit and negotiation quotation with clients and customers
• Prepare and submit project budget and schedule.
• Good management of the project team to ensure that we are able to fulfil customer needs in the schedule
• Able to give correct guidance when the project team is facing problems
• Review and submit progress report to clients and customers
• Prepare and submit progress claim to clients and customers
• Able to attend meeting with sub-contractor, clients and customers to resolve problems in the project
• Verify and certify sub-contractor claim and submit to project director
• Monitor project cash flow to ensure project are profitable
• Follow up payment status with clients and customers

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
