JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support for overall Account Payable.
- Data entry for Payable invoices.
- Received vendor invoice ("PI") from Vendors and match with Good Receivable Note ("GRN") and its supporting documents - Vendor Delivery Order ("DO") and PNMB's Purchase Order ("PO").
- Stamp received date on documents received (PI/GRN/DO).
- Prepare coding and post PI via ERP system.
- Compile all posted PI together with supporting document for payment preparation on daily basis.
- Assist to prepare Payment Voucher ("PV").
- Print Statement of Accounts ("SOA") on monthly basis for Creditors reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing listing and schedule.
- Custody of control document.
- To do proper filing of the documents.
- Any ad hoc task if required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a SPM or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role in the accounting/finance field. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Priority will be given to candidates with immediate availability.
- Proficiency in computer operations (Microsoft Office and Navision) and a strong understanding of accounts payable practices and procedures.
- Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP, Microsoft Navision, E-Perolehan is an added advantages.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
JOB STATUS : CONTRACT
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
