  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and maintain consistency for all outlets.

· Ensure compliance of company SOP, policies and procedures by outlets.

· To implement, organise and conduct audit to ensure highest level of customer service and QA at outlets.

· Responsible for new product development and implementation.

· Assist marketing team for any campaign planning and implementation.

· To ensure effective management, training and development for all team members employed in the service outlet.

· Assist outlets in technical support to ensure smooth operations.

· Assist new franchise outlet opening to ensure smooth and operations.

· Assist in day to day operation and company event when needed.

Working Location: Menara Suezcap (Linked bridge with University LRT Station)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
