  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • To Call & Negotiate with customers for payments & repayment plan.
  • Make outbound calls to remind delinquent account holders about their overdue payments.
  • To ensure payment dues are collected
  • Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
  • Manage and achieve daily productivity standards in terms of achieving targets for monthly collection, call attempts.
  • To comply with clients rules and regulations
  • Take on additional tasks and/or projects when assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field or relevant experience
  • Must be able to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Applicants with or without experience may apply
  • Good negotiation and communication skills are required for the position
  • Possess positive attitude, pleasant personality and MUST be computer literate
  • Good listener
  • Indian's are welcome

Salary: RM1,300.00 to RM2,000.00 /month
