  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Retail Operations Manager to oversee the back-end operations of our pet supplies retail stores.

The role focuses on providing back-end support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, efficient inventory management, and effective communication between stores and headquarters. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory management, supplier coordination, and store maintenance.
  • Ensure all operational procedures are followed.
  • Work closely with store managers to resolve operational issues.
  • Track store performance and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure operational tools like POS and inventory systems run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Must have own transportation for travel between stores (Petrol fee will be subsidized)
  • Proficient in using computers and retail management software.
  • 1+ years in retail operations or a similar role.
