Role Purpose

We are seeking a results-driven e-Commerce Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our online travel platform. This dynamic position focuses on driving website traffic, boosting sales through innovative marketing initiatives, enhancing the customer journey, and fostering engagement across our diverse travel product categories, including travel passes, travel insurance, tours, attraction tickets and more. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, including agency partners, to support the development and execution of comprehensive 360 go-to-market strategies and plans. Success in this role will require a strong foundation in marketing, digital platforms, e-commerce and performance marketing, combined with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Key Accountability

  • Support and assist the Product and Digital Marketing Lead in the development and formulation of marketing strategy and plans.
  • Assist the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic to our platform / business unit that increases sales.
  • Manage marketing projects from planning to tracking and reporting on return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaign improvement.
  • Coordinate with all working partners / agencies during pre-campaign planning in requirement gathering, monitoring campaign deliverables and consolidating post campaign analysis for overall performance.
  • Support production of all marketing collaterals and assist the team in all promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Work closely with business unit's project management team in preparing ecommerce performance reports for stakeholder presentation.
  • Conduct research on market trends, market opportunities, competitor activities/trends and target customer analysis to make future value proposition proposals for the Travel Services business unit (Journify & MHholidays).
  • Coordinate and obtaining all required approvals for marketing campaigns, collaterals and communication materials (online & offline).
  • Develop campaign briefing documents (creative and media) for Journify business units.
  • Serve as the guardian of all brand guidelines (Group & Brand) by ensuring strict adherence to established standards, includes reviewing, formatting and approving branded.

Qualifications & Working Experience

Degree in Marketing, Finance or Business Administration with 4 years' work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field.

Areas of Experience

  • More than 4 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience within the travel industry is an added advantage.
