Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Recruitment and Selection: Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, preparing orientation materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring new hires have the necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Assisting with employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing employee events, conducting surveys, and supporting employee recognition programs.
- Training and Development: Assisting in coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- Administration: Assisting in administering human resource documents and materials, such as proposals, policy, health benefits and medical certificates.
- Employee Relations: Assisting with employee relations matters, including addressing employee concerns, conducting exit interviews, and participating in employee disciplinary processes.
- HR Projects: Supporting HR projects, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR analytics, or any other initiatives that the HR department is working on.
- Cross-functional: Working and collaborating closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.
