Responsibilities:

  • Work under guidance of Executive Chef
  • Achieve and maintain a high standard of food preparation and production by checking food for taste, temperature and visual appeal.
  • To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
  • To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
  • Responsible for completing your miss en place.
  • To manage kitchen stations, order food and supplies.
  • Report to head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.
  • Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.
  • Flexibility, willingness and motivation for further career development.
  • Basic knowledge in the operation of standard kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Understanding of recipes.
  • Work on shift, Weekends & Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

Experience:
