Responsibilities:
- Work under guidance of Executive Chef
- Achieve and maintain a high standard of food preparation and production by checking food for taste, temperature and visual appeal.
- To monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on your section.
- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- Responsible for completing your miss en place.
- To manage kitchen stations, order food and supplies.
- Report to head of Department.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.
- Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.
- Flexibility, willingness and motivation for further career development.
- Basic knowledge in the operation of standard kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Detail-oriented, Professional attitude is required.
- Ability to work independently.
- Understanding of recipes.
- Work on shift, Weekends & Public Holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
