  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

**THIS ROLE ONLY NEEDS NATIVE Hindi SPEAKERS** Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly client/internal reports & performance dashboards Preparing ad-hoc reports & analyzing data for management that provide insight Data extraction/upload from the client system to the CNX side Partner with business & support strategic projects involving data mining & analytics Optimize use of tools/technology to improve efficiency & effectiveness of the reporting group 1-2 years of experience with detail data Strong verbal & written communication in English Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports Experience on Advance Excel + Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Studio & other BI tools) Working Knowledge of SQL scripting, VBA Macros Understanding of Call Center Operational Metrics Experience on reporting through CRM switch and tools viz. CMS (Avaya), OB Dialer, Genesys, IEX etc. Self-starter, ability to complete work with limited degree of supervision Flexible with shifts and should be comfortable working from office.
