Customer Service Executive

Duties & Responsibilities • To interact with patients, parents, and medical professionals. Provide information in response to enquiries, appointment, activities planned by the centre, concerns and requests about service. • This position entails several aspects of tasks; customer service, guarantee letters, cleanliness responsibilities, billing and cashier. • To ensure all therapist appointment slot is fully occupied/filled • To inform doctors/ therapists for the appointment cancellation. • Make future reservation/ appointment for regular customers on a monthly basis. Requirement • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field. • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position / Fresh graduate encourages to apply - Training will be provided. • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Other language is an advantage. • Pleasant personality, positive attitude, flexible, fast learner & able to work independently. • Excellent communication and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Knowledge of Plato systems is an advantage.
