What you'll be doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
  • Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial processes
  • Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
  • Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Master accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
