What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
- Providing administrative support, such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Collaborating with the finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial processes
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role
- Able to start work immediately would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Master accounting software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
