1. Student Recruitment & Sales

  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit local and international students for the college’s programs.
  • Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with student recruitment agents to expand the college's network.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to guide prospective students through the application and enrollment process.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to promote the college’s programs and initiatives.
    • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
    • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and posts that align with the college's brand.
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the college maintains a competitive online presence.
    • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a strong and engaging community presence.
    • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective students and recruitment partners.
    • Work closely with the enrollment team to ensure that social media leads are effectively converted into enrollments.
    • Prepare regular performance reports highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement in social media management.

  • Education:
    • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • Proven experience in student recruitment, sales, or a related field (minimum 1 year preferred).
      • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating content for marketing purposes.
      • Skills:
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, agents, and partners.
        • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve enrollment targets.
        • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
        • Creative and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of content creation and campaign planning.
        • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results.
        • Familiarity with education industry trends and the international student recruitment landscape is an advantage.
