Job Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development
  • Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the Q Bistro brand and Hajris Group outlets.
  • Manage and execute website updates, online promotions, and communications via digital and social media channels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the marketing plan aligns with budget constraints.

2. In-Store Marketing and Product Presentation

  • Plan and develop in-store Point of Sale (POS) display materials.
  • Oversee product display and presentation to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

3. Budget Management and Campaign Planning

  • Prepare and manage budgets for all marketing campaigns.
  • Develop cost-effective marketing plans for each campaign.

4. Campaign Review and Analysis

  • Conduct periodic reviews of marketing campaigns, including SWOT analysis and market surveillance.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance during and after the campaign period.

5. Customer Service and Engagement

  • Manage customer service interactions to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.

6. New Product Development

  • Participate in new product development and launching campaigns.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and market appeal.

7. Reporting and Data Analysis

  • Track all marketing and sales data, creating detailed databases and written reports.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on product performances and propose sales and development ideas.
  • Monitor competitive activities and track promotion frequency in various trade sectors.
  • Submit reports with focus areas, updates, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Passionate about F&B Marketing.
  • Minimum of a Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of online and digital marketing platforms.
  • Cheerful, passionate, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work outstation.
