FACILITIES TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities 1. Support the Facilities Engineer in ensuring timely execution of maintenance works for Civil & Structure (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), IT systems, cleaning services, and landscaping. 2. Implement and monitor the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to ensure equipment and machines are functional, in good working condition, and safe to use. 3. Manage external vendors, oversee purchasing planning, and control overall maintenance costs. 4. Collect, compile, and organize data to prepare regular reports in compliance with PIC/S GMP maintenance guidelines. 5. Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies and production breakdowns. Job requirements: 1. Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance (PM) practices and PIC/S GMP maintenance Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 2. Certification or training in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards is required. 3. Applicants should have experience in facilities maintenance, including managing Civil & Structure (C&S), Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Information Technology (IT) systems. 4. Familiarity with PIC/S GMP maintenance guidelines and emergency response protocols is necessary. 5. The ability to implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs is essential. 6. Candidates must be proficient in data collection, organization, and report preparation. 7. Strong problem-solving skills are required to address emergencies and breakdowns promptly. 8. Effective communication and collaboration skills are needed to support the facilities engineer and manage external vendors. 9. Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety regulations is essential. 10. Knowledge of environmental and building codes is an added advantage.
