Job Description: 1. Co-ordinate the sales documentations with Sales & Marketing department 2. Maintain an accurate information database of customers 3. Prepare quotation, delivery order, invoice and other sales documents 4. Handle calls, emails and messages 5. Schedule marketing events 6. Handle customer's complaint or enquiry professionally 7. Provide sales support to customer Job Requirement: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level or equivalent 2. Below 33 3. Mandarin-speaking candidates will be advantage 4. Literate in Microsoft Office (eg.: MS EXCEL) 5. Candidates who are familiar with SQL system will be an advantage 6. Have a sense of responsibility, prudence, tact and resilience 7.
