Position: Front Desk Administrator Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Responsibilities: Be the face of the organization. Communicate effectively with customer. Demonstrate maturity in handling customer enquiries and complaints. Manage administrative tasks such customer management, clerical work, handling phone calls, scheduling. Be empathetic to customer needs. Answer and direct all incoming calls. Typing, photocopying, distribution and filing of records and correspondences. Sorting and distribution of incoming mails. Preparation of payment vouchers and printing of cheques Maintenance of office supplies. Any other responsibilities assigned by Management. Requirements: SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial or equivalent. At least 3 years working experience in administrative work Possess good communication and telephony skill. Pleasant personality. Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Basic: RM 2,500 - RM3,500 EPF, SOCSO, EIS Benefit: Medical benefit Parking allowance Working Days: Tuesday to Friday (9:30am - 6:30pm); Sat (9am – 6pm)
