  • Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
  • Prepare and generate reports for management, including sales and inventory data.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment tracking.
  • Work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Demonstrate good written and spoken communication skills, clearly informing and guiding others.
  • Undertake any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good command in Mandarin would be an advantage.

  • Working hours: 8.00am – 5pm
