- Process and coordinate daily sales orders, invoices, and other documentation.
- Maintain and update databases with accurate information.
- Prepare and generate reports for management, including sales and inventory data.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice preparation and payment tracking.
- Work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Demonstrate good written and spoken communication skills, clearly informing and guiding others.
- Undertake any other assignments given by the management from time to time.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on any other assignments assigned by the management from time to time.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good command in Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
- Working hours: 8.00am – 5pm
