Job Summary:

The Sales Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, managing customer records, handling order processing, and assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. This role acts as a liaison between sales representatives and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, such as creating and updating customer records
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, proposals, and quotations
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure the sales process runs smoothly.

2. Order Management:

  • Process and track sales orders from initiation to delivery.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of order details in the system.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.

3. Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database, including contacts, order history, and preferences.
  • Generate sales reports, analyze trends, and present findings to the sales manager or team.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Assist with follow-ups and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and sales team calendars.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communications related to sales operations.

5. Miscellaneous:

  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions by preparing relevant materials and distributing them to the sales team.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and tools for better efficiency.
