Location: Senai, Johor Requirements: • SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree. • (School leavers are welcome) Responsible and serious learning attitude Good command of spoken and written in Bahasa Malaysia and English Fresh graduate are welcome to apply • Experience preferred • Manage and update websites and e-commerce platforms including creation of product listings, crafting of product writeups, right-sizing of photo images on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee and any other future platforms • Executing customer order fulfilment, coordinating order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders • Resolving any operational issues arriving from online marketplaces • Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly and monitor customer Responsibilities: • Host live streams on platforms (Shopee & Tiktok) to engage with and grow our audience. • Showcase products during live sessions, explaining features, benefits, and answering real-time questions from the audience. • Collaborate with the marketing team to create a consistent content schedule and promotional campaigns. • Monitor and analyse live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize content strategy. • Interact with the community and build rapport with followers and potential customers, fostering a strong, loyal audience base. • Stay updated on the latest streaming trends, tools, and platforms to ensure engaging and relevant Benefits: • EPF, SOCSO & EIS • Contribution • Annual Leave (As per labour law) • Medical Leave (As per labour law) • Training provided • Commission-sharing
