FUNCTIONS DETAILS: 1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key customers and company. 2. Resolving key customers’ issues and complaints. 3. Develop a complete understanding of key customers’ needs. 4. Anticipate key customers’ changes and improvement. 5. Managing communications between key customers and internal team. 6. Managing account team assigned to each customer. 7. Strategic planning to improve customers’ results. 8. Negotiating contracts with customers and establishing a timeline of performance. 9. Planning and presenting reports on customers’ progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and possible use in future case studies or company training. 13. Meeting all client needs according to proposed timelines. 14. Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management. 15. Expand relationship and bringing in new customers.
