Senior BI Analyst

Responsibilities • Develop solution in Power BI platform according to design and best practice. • Provided the documentation of the build. • Conduct unit testing of the solution and peer review of the solution. • Supporting integration and user acceptance testing. • Fixing defect and deployment to Production. • Support the hyper care of solution to the end-user and provided solution support. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in preferably Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. • Candidates with a minimum of 6 year’s solid experience in ETL and Power BI Development & Support. • This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and a clear passion for Business Intelligence and Analytics. You will be a team player, proactive, an effective communicator with the ability to work in the development team and manage other development resources. • Candidates may also be required to work with international clients or counterparts. • Relevant skillset: o Power BI - Power Query Editor, DAX functions, Power BI Development (Desktop), o Data Visualization and Microsoft Excel knowledge o SQL, PL-SQL – Store procedure, and Scripting o Business Intelligence & Analytics - Data Warehouse, Data Mining, and Data Modelling • Required Language: English Desirable • Extensive experience in MS Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake) • Hand on work in GCP space (Big Query, Google Analytics) • Exposure to Qlik space (Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Development & Support) • Exposure to Tableau space (Tableau Server, Prep, Desktop, Development & Support) • Exposure to Agile environment and practice. • Exposure with functional business demand • Exposure to DevOps/Project environment and delivery. • Team management experience
