Job Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients in both Singapore and Malaysia, handling all corporate secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act (Malaysia) and Companies Act (Singapore). - Prepare and review documents for submission to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore. - Organize and attend Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extraordinary General Meetings (EGMs) for clients in both countries. - Ensure timely filing of statutory documents, annual returns, and other relevant compliance matters in both jurisdictions. - Liaise with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders regarding corporate secretarial matters. - Provide advisory support on corporate governance, compliance, and company formation. - Develop and implement efficient procedures for corporate secretarial tasks and compliance management. - May require travel to Singapore from time to time for client meetings or compliance matters.
