QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR

1. To undertake incoming inspection of board & ink in accordance to the sampling plan and acceptance criteria established 2. To undertake laboratory tests on boxes when required by customers. 3. To undertake inspection and approval of all new jobs and job modifications. 4. To assist in the vetting of all "on Hold" and customer returned goods. 5. To collect quality analysis statistic on in-house rejects relating to certain customers. 6. To assist the Head of Department in handling and vetting quality rejects at customer's premises. 7. To undertake inspection of all finished products in accordance to the sampling plan and acceptance criteria set. 8. To perform specific outgoing quality inspection and submit inspection data sheets when required by customers. 9. To perform any other job functions that may be assigned to him by supervisor. 10. To resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner. 11. To Supervise the production process. 12. To teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence. 13. To inpect all the finished goods from finishings department. (KYM-QA-PR05) 14. To verify all the finished goods with signature before transfer to warehouse. (KYM-LOG-PR01) 15. To do QA Inspection randomly on test run Pcs to confirm products meet the specification. (KYM-PROD-PR01) 16. To Performs other duties as assigned.
