Job Duties and Responsibilities
Admin
- Provides clerical/administrative support, including the composition and preparation of routine correspondence and presentations.
- To organize Property weekly meeting and take meeting minutes.
- To administer all correspondences such as typing, filing, scanning, photocopying, sorting, etc.
- To maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents.
- To record data entry, updating and maintaining of internal and external correspondence file records.
- To assist in prepare memo, report and purchase requisition.
- To organize, plan and handle ad-hoc functions.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
Project
- Provide support on project planning and development.
- Tracking contractor’s work performance and progress.
- Checking and reviewing consultant’s drawings.
- Implement documents control and filling.
- Product planning and development.
- Liaise and coordinate with authority, consultants and contractors on matters related to the project.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
· Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
· At least 2-5 years working experience.
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Able to understand technical and construction drawings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
