- Conduct market research and market mapping to stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various channels not limited to cold call, email, social media, networking events etc
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Attend business conferences, meetings, expo, and industry events when needed
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and share knowledge with HOD
- Prepare and send proposals to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements and business objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients or partners to discuss business opportunities
- Update client companies’ information accurately in CRM system, leverage CRM to streamline sales process to re-target potential prospects
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time based on business requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
- Preferably 1 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Experience in social media management or market analysis is a plus (leveraging Mass Comm skills).
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Proficient in both English. Additional language is preferred
- Enjoys exploring new trends, industries, or technologies
- Strong networker, outspoken, fast paced and quick thinking, able to respond to clients request promptly
- Good communication & business presentation skills
