Research reliable and potential suppliers to meet company’s requirements Responsible on Purchase Requisitions, Quotation and issuance of Purchase Order Tracking orders, ensure timely deliveries and quality of purchased products. Liaise with Sales Department & Director for raw materials e.g: mould/billets/powders/plastic & etc to deliver on time to prevent delay Sales Department's progress/orders. Maintaining supplier database, purchase records and related documents. Manage raw materials inventory based on production usage or at reorder level. Update aluminium profiles picture into excel for Sales Dept when new mould has opened. Responsible for coordination and management of import activities such as development and implementation of import policies, procedures, management of import documentations and shipments Arranging transport via outsource organization when necessary. Liase with freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork Qualifications: Minimum Diploma level or above in business related field Job summary Not a difficult position,but required certain experience in this role.
