PUBLIC AREA ATTENDANT

1. Carry out all public areas cleaning based on daily assignment and schedule issued by the Supervisor. 2. Ensure all cleaning processes are completed within the time frame given. Any challenges in cleaning any area must be reported immediately to the attention of the Rooms Supervisor. 3. Ensure all cleaning work is carried out according to the standard operating procedures, including the usage of cleaning tools and equipment. 4. Clean, care and service all cleaning equipment and tools based on schedule provided. 5. Carry out various scheduled project or special project as assigned. 6. Minimize guest inconveniences while carrying out duties in public areas. 7. Record all works done in the public areas assignment report accurately and promptly. 8. Assist other colleagues in completing the room cleaning process or other areas as needed. 9. Familiar with guest lost and found policy, as well as valuable items found in occupied rooms. 10. Ensure no abuse and wastage for all guest supplies, including bath and room amenities, food & beverage supplies. 11. Set up and replenish all amenities in public washrooms as per standard and schedule.
