Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Operations Management Lead and oversee day-to-day security operations, ensuring all security personnel are performing their duties in compliance with company policies. Supervise, mentor, and guide security personnel, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and properly equipped to perform their roles. Lead responses to security incidents, such as theft, trespassing, emergencies, or alarms, ensuring swift and effective action. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when needed and provide support during investigations. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the site’s security strategy. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to security systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Partner with the HSE team to conduct joint risk assessments and inspections, addressing both security and safety concerns. Assist in developing and implementing policies that integrate security and HSE objectives. Collaborate on incident investigations to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. Maintain accurate and comprehensive logs of security activities, incidents, and system checks. Prepare detailed reports for management, including security performance, incidents, and risk assessments. Coordinate with other departments, such as facilities management, operations, and HR, to ensure security requirements are aligned with business needs. Work closely with external agencies, such as law enforcement or private investigators, to address security concerns or incidents. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in security management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Additional certifications in security management, risk management, or emergency response (e.g., SIA, NEBOSH) are an advantage. Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in a security management role, with demonstrated leadership experience in managing security operations. Experience in industrial, commercial, or high-risk environments is beneficial.
