Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production team to identify recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements. Participate in root cause analysis to prevent defects in future production runs. Communication: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to address material or component defects. Work closely with design and production teams to clarify specifications and resolve discrepancies. Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in furniture manufacturing or quality assurance is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in furniture inspection, manufacturing, or quality control is preferred. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor defects and inconsistencies. Technical Skills: Familiarity with furniture assembly, tools, and quality standards. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, move, and inspect heavy furniture items as required. Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for documentation and reporting.
