- Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage multiple aspects of the car repair advisory business, including planning repairs within promised deadlines, sourcing products from multiple vendors, ensuring a streamlined cooperation with partner workshops, optimisation of product list, and customer relationship maintenance.
- Manage planning, sourcing, repair and payments with our mechanics and staff to ensure seamless transaction experience for customers, while reporting any issues arising to ensure subsequent problem solving.
- Responsible for optimising the customer experience and continuous improvements to IT, as well as managing customers’ feedback.
- To establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers, with timely follow up on inquiries.
- Monitor market competition and constantly provide suggestions for improvement.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the management.
- At least minimum 3-4 years working automotive experience.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- Prior experience as a service advisor preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to and influence clients.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently.
- The ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information, with the ability to create things from scratch and operate in an ambiguous environment.
- Resourceful in seeking and analysing solutions for clients, identifying products and repairs required for ad hoc problems faced by their vehicles.
- Ability to be flexible, adapt to changing factors, priorities, and deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate a previous track record of success client retention, client/customer interaction and satisfaction.
Following Skills are a massive plus if candidate posses any of them:
- Familiarity with both local and overseas (JDM and EU/US) vehicles.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in mandarin/cantonese/hokkien.
- Has prior hands-on repair experience.
- Has in-depth knowledge on latest hybrid/electric vehicle systems.
- Experienced with latest diagnostic softwares.
- Software savvy and able to use/familiar with Microsoft office/billing software.
- Potential for higher pay depending on skillset and track record. Those who are able to offer a wider range will be compensated accordingly. (Pay and compensation will be discussed during the interview)
