INTERN - QUANTITY SURVEYOR (FEB 2025 INTAKE)

Job Requirements: • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. • Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines while multitasking. • Proficient in math and computer skills, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. • Demonstrates high efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility in tasks. • Highly motivated to learn and take on new challenges. Job Descriptions: • Assist in preparing tender documentation for the Contract Department. • Assist in preparing material quotations. • Assist in monitoring and recording all orders and claims. • Assist in verifying cost control for suppliers, subcontractors, and workers, including project claims and budget expenses. • Assist in ensuring timely issuance of progress claims, certifications, and client invoices. •Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. • Assist with any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or colleagues. Job Details: • Allowances: RM500 (Diploma) & RM600 (Degree) • Working hours: (Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:30 pm) • Location: Wisma Asaga, Kota Warisan, Sepang, Selangor
