Job Overview: You will oversee and manage all operational aspects of White Houze Food, ensuring efficient production, quality control, inventory management, logistics, and seamless customer service. This role will also include staffing responsibilities, focusing on hiring, training, and managing production and operational staff to meet company goals. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Management • Supervise and manage daily production processes, including roasting, packing, and equipment maintenance. • Ensure production schedules are met, maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with Halal certification. • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve efficiency. • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production activities. 2. Quality Control • Monitor product quality to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards. • Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations promptly. • Oversee compliance with Halal certification and other regulatory requirements. 3. Inventory and Supply Chain Management • Manage procurement of raw nuts and other materials, ensuring optimal stock levels. • Oversee inventory control and storekeeping processes to minimize waste and avoid shortages. • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms. 4. Logistics, Fulfilment, and Customer Service Oversight • Supervise the Logistics, Fulfilment, and Customer Service Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery. • Monitor logistics operations, including vendor relationships and shipment optimization. • Collaborate with the coordinator to resolve customer complaints related to quality, delivery, or operational issues. • Implement systems or protocols to enhance logistics and customer service efficiency. 5. Staff Management • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of production and operational staff. • Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and development plans. • Foster a positive working environment to enhance team morale and productivity. • Enforce compliance with workplace safety standards. 6. Retail and Customer Operations • Coordinate with the Retail Supervisor to ensure seamless retail store operations. • Oversee stock replenishment and promotional activities for the retail store. 7. Process Improvement • Analyse operational data and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs. • Introduce technology and systems to streamline operations and improve reporting. 8. Reporting • Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on operational performance, challenges, and improvements. • Generate and analyze reports on production metrics, inventory levels, logistics, and customer satisfaction. ________________________________________
