QC Shipping Support - Contract Fix Term

Job description 1. Perform test for product before and after final products according to procedure (TSC, pH, CG, etc) 2. Supervises the shipment of outsourcing employee at the shipping area 3. Instruct and manage daily schedule to outsourcing employee according to Production Planner’s Plan 4. Test the samples at the beginning and end of the final product in the same lot being shipped to determine if there is any abnormality 5. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests and requirement 6. Periodically monitor shipment and liaise with vendors on logistical arrangements 7. Monitor product inventory and prepare relevant documentation efficiently 8. Handle export/import documentation including coordination with other departments 9. Prepare shipping documents like invoices, purchase orders and others related documents 10. Coordinate using our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery 11. Complete other duties at the discretion of management from time to time
