About the Job Join our client, one of public listed companies in Singapore with a diverse portfolio spanning jewelry retail, property development, financial services, hospitality, and resort management. They expand their business operation based in Malaysia, functions as a shared services center, providing vital support to the Group’s operations. The new incumbent is tasked with ensuring compliance with regulations, conducting operational audits, and handling data analysis and reporting. This position requires conducting regular audits within Malaysia stores to uphold industry standards and supporting the Assurance Control team in Singapore through detailed data collection and reporting. Job Responsibilities Regulation Compliance: Keeping abreast with relevant regulatory requirements and able to assess the impact of changes in regulations on the business. Operations Audit & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and inspections in Malaysia as per the Annual Audit Plan. Conduct ad-hoc process review (if required). Ensure company compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal SOPs. Identify areas for improvement and report to superior. Present the work done to the Assurance Control Team in Singapore. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and gather the required business-related data to identify the data trends and areas of concern. Present findings and recommendations to Assurance Control team in Singapore. Office Assistance Services: Support on police queries updates and report submission process. Contribute to the Assurance Control team in Singapore's efforts in submitting regulatory reports. Qualifications & Experiences Needed Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy / Business Management or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Possess internal audit and/or risk management experiences. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet challenging deadlines. Proficient in MS Office applications. Open to frequent travel in the mid-southern region of West Malaysia and throughout East Malaysia.
