Job Descriptions:
Service:
- Greets guest, lead them to their seats, present menu, serving and clearing table efficiently
- Maintains cleanliness and hygiene of all service area
- Handles cash transaction
- Be alert and attentive in observing guests, anticipating their needs
- To report to superiors regarding positive or negative feedbacks from guests
- Works well with other colleagues

Kitchen
- Setting up workstations according to SOP with all the needed ingredients and cooking materials
- Prepare ingredients for cooking (chopping, cutting etc)
- Keep the place clean and in order
- Ensure all SOP are follow during cooking procedures
- Willing to take on new tasks and responsibility to grow

服务员:

迎接客人,领顾客到座位,展现菜单,有效率的服务和清理桌子
保持所有服务区域的清洁和卫生
处理和应付现金交易-警惕和殷勤的观察顾客,预料他们的需要-向上级汇报顾客的正面或负面反馈
能够与其他同事合作良好

厨房助理：

- 根据标准作业程序(standard operating procedure- SOP)设置工作站,配备所有需要的配料和食材
- 准备食材
- 保持厨房的次序和厨房的整洁度
- 确保在烹饪过程中准寻所有标准作业程序(SOP)
- 愿意承担新的任务和责任来共同成长
