- Manage support ticket orders including on-the-job training
- Handles customers enquiries/complaints by email and phone; and ensure replies/ resolutions are provided in a prompt and satisfactory manner
- Troubleshoot service faults and provide prompt service recovery measures
- Updates customer knowledge base
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Candidate must possess Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in similar field preferably in HR / Payroll systems.
- Developed analytical skills
