Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, conducting onboarding orientations, providing support in employee relations, handling various administrative tasks, including office administration, and assisting in payroll and training and development. Job Responsibility: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment. Organize and conduct employee onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration into the company culture. Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other talent sources. 2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Conduct regular check-ins and stay informed about the needs and concerns of employees. 3. Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Provide administrative support to senior management as needed. 4. Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll processing, including the preparation and verification. Ensure accuracy in timekeeping records, deductions, and withholdings. Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies promptly. Stay updated on payroll regulations and compliance requirements. 5. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to address those needs. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other developmental programs. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. 6. Compliance and Policy Adherence: Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures. Assist in conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR & Admin Executive or similar role. Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations, especially during onboarding sessions and training programs. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to adapt to changes in organizational structure, policies, and industry trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System). Familiarity with leveraging social media platforms for employer branding and recruitment purposes. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. Willingness to work in Cyberjaya.
