CLINIC ASSISTANT

Patient registration, dispense medication and collect payment. Guiding walk in and call-in patients through the clinic’s various facilities and procedures. Follow up with a courtesy call to patients to check on their condition and follow up appointments. Mediating between patients and healthcare providers. Call up Lab runner to pick up sample. Email Lab results to patients and call to informed arrival of results. Sterilizing medical equipment and sanitizing designated areas. Assist Doctor with various procedures. Cleaning medical equipment and treatment room after procedures. Oversees operation and upkeep of clinic. REQUIREMENT : * Pleasant personality, good communication and teamwork. * Skills and telephone etiquette. * Computer literate. * High level of integrity and confidentiality. * Willing to work on shift. * To perform other related duties as assigned by Person In charge.
