Overview:
The Project End Financing Credit Compliance Manager's key responsibility is to review, monitor and control the overall operation risk for the Project End Financing Department. This is to align with the Bank's direction and risk appetite to embark on risk identification for under-construction projects portfolio by minimizing any financial or non-financial losses through effective controlling and monitoring mechanism. This role reports to Head, Project End Financing Credit Evaluation in the Personal Financial Services Credit Division.

Job Description:
  • To plan, direct and supervise the team members to review and process on the CSA, RCSA and BNM publication
  • To process and review all BCM activities (i.e.BCP, BIA, LOD, DR and call tree)
  • To conduct annual review of the Department's policies (i.e. Standard Operating Procedures, Management Policy and Board Policy
  • To have constant process and policy improvement for the department's requirement and ensure its compliance with bank policy, BNM guideline and local rules & regulations.

Jobholder Requirements:
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Studies or equivalent
  • Ability to plan and execute strategies effectively
