- Technical Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Hardware and Software Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and updates on computers, printers, software applications, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, research, and resolve complex technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Network Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- IT Asset Management: Manage and track IT assets, including inventory, procurement, and disposal of equipment.
- Server Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server performance, ensuring availability, reliability, and security.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in providing IT support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferable Mandarin Speaking.
- 5 days work per week, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
