Sales Management
• Process and update customer booking data.
• Monitor compliance of documents submitted for vehicle sales and delivery.
• Prepare payments to JPJ and vendors.
• Prepare Vehicle Invoices.
• Prepare submission of sales specialist commission.
• Liaise with bank for collection of payments
• Manage customer payment. (Debtors ageing).
• Submission of daily collection to Finance HQ.
• Submission of reports and documents to relevant departments
General Admin
• Ensure payment to contractors/suppliers.
• Prepare Declaration Report to Finance Dept every month.
• Monitor the vehicle stock ageing
• Monitor all clerical & non-clerical duties and administration function.
• Take charge of the general admin function of the branch
Others
• Responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, whilst complying with local legal requirements.
Education / Professional Qualification
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies, Administration, Economicsor related field.
Professional Experience
• Good computer knowledge.
• Able to write and speak fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work proactively on own initiative as well as in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills
