• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll, maintain employees' information and payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data in HRMS. • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits. • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits information. • Assisting with the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. • Prepare and maintaining generate monthly medical utilization report, employees, turnover and recruitment report. • Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed. • Maintaining HRMS data entry, updating employee files, and preparing reports . . • Preparation of year end EA forms. • Maintain 6S System implementation. • Maintaining QMS with compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard. • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
