ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Providing support to the Accounting Department 2. Assist in handling of full sets of Account Payable/ Receivable/ General Ledger 3. Maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and tracking usage 4. Ensure proper & accuracy of accounting records & filing and other general duties 5. Support month-end and year-end close processes OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES 1. Take responsibility and accountability for daily task ( as delegate to you by your Manager ) 2. Liaise and follow up with branches and various departments on accounts receivable matter 3. To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed 4. Providing support to team members and associates to ensure all goals are attained on time 5. Attend all relevant training
