Business Development (Fundus Camera) Responsibilities: • Promote the company's products/services and achieve annual sales target • Approach Clinics / Retails, propose, present and sign up for company products • Identify and develop customer leads for Business to Business (B2B) for iMedic Digital Healthcare Platform and other related products and services develop by UCrest Berhad • Create development plans and forecast sales targets and growth projections • Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels • Liase with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies • Attend events such as exhibitions, conferences, demos when needed • Prepare sales presentations and participate in any company activities as required • Train customers on iMedic and any other related products and services develop by UCrest Berhad • Must be a firm believer and passionate for digital health and telemedicine solution provider • Conduct research to identify, generate and develop new markets and customer needs. • Conduct business meetings, visit to stakeholders and conduct presentation • Approach, qualify and conduct business meetings and Demonstration with prospective customers • Find potential partnership and collaborations to expand customer base and product and services • Prepare sales contracts and keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and other associated documents • Must be able to multitask, work across divisions and take new challenges • Eager to learn new tasks, projects and undertaking in uncharted territories • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers • Perform all associated tasks and action plans for Business Development role Requirements: · Must have strong business relationship with clinics (GP, Specialists, Radiology Centers, Pathology Labs) · Proven working experience with 4 years+ as a business development manager, sales, marketing or a relevant role and achieved sales targets consistently. · Experienced in the healthcare industry either related to CMS / Insurance / Third Part Agencies(TPA) · Sales savvy personality · Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field. (CGPA 3.50 and above) · Good command in English & Mandarin.
