  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

POSITION : CNC MOULD TURNING SPECIALIST LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD seeks a CNC MOULD TURNING SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Prepare and set up CNC machines for mould turning operations. • Load programs into CNC machines and ensure correct tool selection. • Calibrate machines for precision and accuracy. • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or CAD designs to understand specifications and dimensions. • Operate CNC turning machines to fabricate moulds to required tolerances. • Perform rough and fine turning of mould components to achieve desired shapes. • Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM). • Ensure moulds meet exact specifications and maintain high-quality standards. • Identify and address any defects or deviations in production. • Maintain cutting tools, fixtures, and machine parts to ensure longevity and accuracy. • Edit or create CNC programs to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times. • Optimize machining parameters (e.g., feeds and speeds) for better performance. Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC MOULD TURNING SPECIALIST are as follow: • Minimum 5 years experience in CNC and mould & Turning and troubleshooting is necessary. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
